Aaron J. Demuth

Aaron J. Demuth attended Creighton University where he majored in philosophy and received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree.  He received his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2000 and took a position as an associate at Kamm & Shapiro Ltd.  He is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Mr. Demuth has represented financial institutions specializing in foreclosures, collections, commercial litigation, post-judgment executions, workouts, and Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.  Mr. Demuth also represents small business owners and corporations with collection of delinquent accounts and defaulted commercial leases.  Mr. Demuth also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions and is a title agent for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund.  Mr. Demuth was made Partner to Kamm, Shapiro & Demuth Ltd. in early 2008.
