Jerold J. Shapiro

Jerold J. Shapiro attended the University of Michigan, and received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree.  He graduated from Washington University with a Juris Doctor degree.  He is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  After an affiliation with the Legal Aid Bureau in its juvenile division and Zenoff, Westler, et al., he formed Kamm & Shapiro Ltd. with Robert Kamm in 1977.  Mr. Shapiro has represented financial institutions specializing in foreclosures, collections, commercial litigation, post-judgment executions, workouts, real estate closings and Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
